Standard Operating Procedures
Coordinated and led the creation and development of 100+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Departmental Efforts
Organized and taught Jira/Confluence courses and team-building events for the hardware team.
Bolt
Bolt is the flagship robot for IAM Robotics. It is a mid-size autonomous mobile robot that serves as the chassis for new and retrofitted "Toppers" to mount on top. It includes 360-vision, sensors, and can carry a 300 kg payload.

Optimized parts for various fabrication techniques including casting, injection molding, and 3D printing.
Implemented cost reduction measures, ensured ease of assembly, and ran platform-level design analysis.

Atlas
A custom topper for Bolt that could grab totes from an external shelf, bring it into the robot, store up to 6 totes vertically inside the robot, and completely unload the totes onto a conveyor.

Lead of the twister arm subsystem. The arms had to travel at 1 m/s, extend 196% outside the robot each way, carry 60 kg at the end of the arms, and each arm's cross-section had to fit within the profile of a credit card.

Responsible for ensuring all functional requirements were met, parts could be manufactured, lead PDR and CDRs, account and model wire harnesses, and developed drawing packages for manufacturing.
Charging Station
The charging station was for Bolt, it would allow the robot to autonomously hot swap batteries.
Promoted to Technical Lead for the Charging Station.
Managed product development, delegated work, and managed the project’s Jira and Confluence spaces.
Worked with fellow Technical Leads to coordinate resources and ensure the project was on track.
